Document Scanning                      $0.25/Image

Up to 11 x 17’’, 300DPI - includes OCR Text files or searchable PDF, document handling, staple removal & binding, merging and sorting, returning collection to original condition TIFF image conversion, black & white or colour documents, bates numbering, Summation or Concordance load file.  No minimum charge.  Additional charges apply to oversize documents.


Coding                                      $0.95/Document

Basic fields included: DocID, document date, author, recipient, document description.


Customized Fields                  $1.10/Document

5 basic fields plus any 3 additional fields of your choice - “CC”, BCC”, attachments, boxes, folders, tabs, etc...


E-mail Data Processing                       $375/Gb

Extract e-mail heading information, text and metadata.  Link attachments to corresponding e-mail.
